Delivery Schedule Dispatch
Badge Secretary orders
Badge orders will leave the warehouse normally within 5 days. - There is no overall minimum order of badges but any order totalling less that £30.00 will be subject to a £6.00 small order surcharge. Postage and packing of badge orders is free of charge in the UK mainland.
For orders sent overseas, outside the UK Mainland (including the Channel Islands and British Forces) the Company will use a carrier appropriate to the type of order, this will be charged at cost for carriage and packing.
Delivery Schedule Dispatch
Your order will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days subject to product availability.
We can deliver to all UK addresses (addresses with a royal mail postcode) and BFPO's in North West Europe (i.e. BFPO's 15-49, 101-115,140,800-809).
Delivery charges: All orders will be subject to a£12.00 delivery charge.
All orders are subject to availability and your credit/debit card payment being approved.
If we are in a back order situation you will be informed of this on the website.
For security purposes a signature will be required on delivery
Badge Secretary Terms
Eligibility - badges will be supplied to Approved Badge Secretaries only. We will require your District reference number and we will supply you with an account number. Please ensure this number is on all orders and correspondence. Any changes to contact details or changes in Badge Secretary must be notified to us in writing, using the correct form available from the Sales Office at Lancing.

We accept credit card payment at time of ordering in full. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Payment will be taken by Sage pay at the time the order is placed.
Badge orders are subject to the availability of stock. We will reserve badges on a 'back order' basis for any items out of stock on fully paid orders.
Prices shown gross and net; receipts will reflect the Net prices. VAT is charged at the standard rate (UK currently 20%).
Please print the on screen receipt for your records.
Returns & Claims
Scout Shops LTD cannot accept claims for lost in transit unless we are advised in writing within 3 working days of the date of dispatch, which is shown on the Invoice. Claims for shortages or items received damaged must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt to comply with the carrier requirements. Please ensure you have our written authorisation for the return of goods before sending them back.
For returned items supplied correctly we reserve the right to charge a 10% handling charge. A £6.00 minimum charge applies for this service. They must also be in a resalable pristine condition. This does not apply to any special order/personalised items such as group scarfs, lettered flags ECT.
A request seeking to return items on this basis must be made within 15 days of the date of Invoice. We regret this does not apply to any discontinued items.

Retention of title.
